Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
By selecting a subscription plan, you agree to pay WhatsHappening.ai the monthly or annual subscription fees indicated (additional payment terms may be included in other communications). Subscription payments will be charged on a pre-pay basis on the day you sign up for a subscription and will cover the use of that service for a monthly or annual subscription period as indicated. Payments are not refundable except as required by applicable law.
Unless you notify WhatsHappening.ai before the end of the applicable subscription period that you want to cancel a subscription, your subscription will automatically renew and you authorize us to collect the then-applicable annual or monthly subscription fee for such subscription (as well as any taxes) using any credit card or other payment mechanism we have on record for you. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us directly.
WhatsHappening.ai is designed as a therapeutic companion for self-reflection, emotional processing, and personal growth. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The Service does not provide mental health services, therapy, counseling, or medical care.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or emergency, please contact emergency services immediately or reach out to a qualified mental health professional. The Service should be used as a complement to, not a replacement for, professional mental health support when needed.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to facilitate conversations, generate reflections, and organize your journal entries. While we strive for accuracy and helpfulness, AI-generated content may contain errors or limitations. You acknowledge that all AI interactions are computational in nature and should be considered as tools for self-reflection rather than authoritative guidance.
You retain all rights to the content you create through the Service, including voice recordings, text entries, and reflections ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
We implement end-to-end encryption for your journal entries and reflections. This means that your private thoughts and entries are encrypted and can only be accessed by you. We cannot read your encrypted content.
Voice recordings are processed through our speech-to-text service provider and then securely stored. The audio files and their transcriptions are encrypted and associated only with your account.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by WhatsHappening.ai.
WhatsHappening.ai has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that WhatsHappening.ai shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
We provide support through email and in-app feedback mechanisms. We will make reasonable efforts to respond to support requests within one to two business days. Support is provided in accordance with our standard service practices and policies.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Your encrypted data will be handled according to our Data Retention Policy as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
